Building a board from an empty grid is the step where most clan events stall. You know you want twenty-five tiles, you write six good ones, and then you are staring at nineteen empty squares wondering whether "get a pet" counts as a tile or a curse.
These are complete, copy-paste OSRS bingo board templates. Every one is balanced, points are assigned, and each is annotated so you know what you are getting. Take one whole, or take one and swap five tiles for your clan's own in-jokes.
Every template lists tiles in board order — paste them straight into the free board generator (or your platform of choice) and they land in the right cells. If you want to understand the reasoning behind the balance rather than just copy it, the board setup guide explains each decision.
Each tile is written as Task — points. Difficulty is encoded in the points: 2 = easy, 5 = medium, 12 = hard.
Each template also states its verification split, meaning how many tiles resolve automatically from the hiscores (countable), how many need a plugin or screenshot (droppable), and how many need an admin's judgement. A board that is mostly judgement tiles is a board somebody spends the weekend refereeing — see the automatic tracking guide.
For: a mixed clan of 20–40, Friday evening to Sunday night. Total: 130 points. Verification split: 10 countable / 10 droppable / 5 judgement. Win condition: points race, +8 for any completed line.
Note on the two pure-RNG hard tiles (21 and 25): both can go unclaimed, which compresses the leaderboard and lets the line bonus decide the winner. That is fine if you expect it. Publish your tiebreak.
For: a small clan, one evening, 2–4 hours. Nine tiles, all finishable in a sitting. Total: 27 points. Verification split: 5 countable / 3 droppable / 1 judgement. Win condition: first to any line, or most tiles at the bell.
Short boards live or die on tile 1 being genuinely quick. If your easiest tile takes an hour, half the clan never starts.
For: a large clan of 50+, one to two weeks. 49 tiles. Total: 253 points. Verification split: 20 countable / 20 droppable / 9 judgement. Win condition: points race, +10 per line, +40 blackout.
Easy (2 pts each, tiles 1–20): catch 100 lobsters · complete 5 easy clues · kill 50 hill giants · craft 500 air runes · bury 200 big bones · cook 300 sharks · cut 500 willow logs · mine 250 iron ore · reach level 60 in any skill · complete any F2P quest · kill Obor or Bryophyta · complete 10 Pest Control games · earn 5,000 NMZ points · win a Castle Wars game · obtain any clue scroll as a drop · complete 5 Slayer tasks · reach 100% favour in a Kourend house · kill the Giant Mole 10 times · obtain a Mud rune drop · complete a Wintertodt game
Medium (5 pts each, tiles 21–40): kill Vorkath 25 times · complete 15 medium clues · smith 100 mithril bars · obtain a full graceful set · complete a Chambers of Xeric raid · gain 500k XP in one skill · kill Sarachnis 15 times · obtain any Zulrah unique · complete an Achievement Diary · reach level 80 in any skill · fletch 1,000 yew longbows · catch 50 black chinchompas · complete 20 farming herb runs · obtain a Kraken tentacle · kill the Alchemical Hydra 10 times · complete a Barbarian Assault wave 10 · reach 500 Wintertodt kills · kill the Kalphite Queen 5 times · complete a solo Tempoross run · obtain any Cerberus crystal
Hard (12 pts each, tiles 41–49): obtain any boss pet · complete an Elite clue · obtain a ToB or ToA unique · reach 99 in any skill · obtain a Dragon Warhammer · complete a Corrupted Gauntlet · obtain an Infernal or Fire cape · obtain any God Wars unique · centre-ish hero tile: obtain a third age item
A 7x7 needs a blackout bonus large enough to be worth chasing but not large enough to make the other 48 tiles irrelevant. 40 points — roughly three hard tiles — is about right.
For: combat-focused clans. No skilling tiles at all. Total: 130 points. Verification split: 12 countable / 12 droppable / 1 judgement.
For: skilling clans and no-combat accounts. Zero PvM. Total: 130 points. Verification split: 18 countable / 4 droppable / 3 judgement.
The high countable split is deliberate: skilling tiles are almost all XP or quantity based, so this board very nearly verifies itself from the hiscores.
For: ironman and group ironman clans. Nothing here can be bought. Total: 130 points. Verification split: 11 countable / 12 droppable / 2 judgement.
If none of the above fits, theme the whole grid. Themes give an event an identity and make far better Discord marketing than "Bingo #4".
| Theme | Tile focus | Best for |
|---|---|---|

For raw tiles to fill any of these, the 70+ tile ideas list sorts tasks by category, difficulty and account type.
Three checks, each about thirty seconds:
Does the points total match your win condition? The winner should realistically finish 40–60% of the board. On a 130-point board that is 55–75 points.
Is any single tile worth more than 10% of that? If one drop decides the event, say so up front or lower its value.
Can every account type in your clan complete at least fifteen tiles? Run down the list as your newest ironman. If they are locked out of half the board, the board is wrong.
Then publish your rules alongside it — start time with a time zone, prepping rules, evidence standard and dispute process. The rules and drop verification guide has a copy-ready template.
Yes, entirely. Copy them, edit them, run them for your clan. There is no attribution requirement and no catch.
Template 1, the balanced 5x5 weekend board. It is the standard size, it takes a weekend, and its mix of easy and hard tiles keeps a mixed-level clan engaged without needing tuning.
Paste the tile list into the free board generator — it lays them out, keeps a running points total, and exports a PNG or a share link with no account. For live tile marking, screenshot approval and a leaderboard, you need a hosted board rather than an image.
Yes, but shuffle the tile order and swap the hard tiles. Clans memorise a grid faster than you expect, and a familiar board removes the planning phase that makes the first days fun.
Roughly 5 points per tile as an average works well — 130 for a 5x5, 253 for a 7x7. The absolute number matters far less than the ratio between your hardest tile and the projected winning score.
Pick a template, spend twenty minutes swapping five tiles for something specific to your clan, and publish it with the rules attached. That is a better event than three weeks of designing a perfect board from scratch.
Then set up announcements with the Discord integration guide, or, if a grid is not quite what you want, look at a tile race or snakes and ladders instead.
