Service

OSRSHub provides hosted Old School RuneScape Bingo servers for clans and Discord communities. Each subscription includes server hosting, a clan link, admin access, templates, updates, and support.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period, and after cancellation data is retained for 30 days. Reactivation during that period is subject to restoration and is not guaranteed after physical deletion.

Support paths

If payment fails, use the billing portal or contact support@osrshub.net for payment recovery. If you lose credentials while your data is still retained, contact the same address for credential recovery or restoration assistance.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the event content, clan rules, prize handling, Discord usage, and player submissions managed through your Bingo server.

Board marketplace

Publishing a board to the marketplace is optional and always a deliberate choice. Nothing you build is shared until an admin publishes it.

When another clan installs your board, they receive a copy on their own server, and that copy is theirs to keep. Withdrawing your listing removes it from the catalog so nobody new can install it, but it does not remove or change boards that clans have already installed. That is how the software works, not only what these terms allow: an installed board lives in that clan's own server and we do not reach into it to take content back.

You keep ownership of what you publish and your clan name is shown on the listing. Only publish content you have the right to share.

When you publish a board you can also choose to list it on our public community boards page. That page is open to anyone and is indexed by search engines, and it shows the board's name, its description and your clan's name — never the tasks themselves. It is a separate choice from publishing to the marketplace, it is offered every time you publish, and re-publishing with it switched off removes the board from that page while leaving it available to other clans.

We may remove a listing from the catalog, for example after reports from other clans or if it breaks the acceptable use rules below. Removing a listing does not affect copies that clans have already installed.

Invitation programme

Every clan with a server gets an invite code, shown in your admin settings. Share it with another clan and enter it at checkout, and that purchase counts as your referral.

When three referred clans have each been with us for 30 days, you get one month of bingo free. It is applied automatically as a full discount on your next invoice — you do not have to ask for it, and we will show it on your settings page before it is billed.

A referral only counts once it has lasted the 30 days. We check on day 30 whether that clan's subscription is still running. If they have cancelled, the referral does not count toward your free month. If they have asked to cancel but the period has not ended, or their payment is failing and their card is still being retried, we wait for the outcome — the referral counts if they stay and does not if they go. This is why your settings page shows referrals as pending until they qualify: they are yours, they are simply not counted yet. Referrals that qualify stay qualified.

You cannot redeem your own code, and referrals cannot be bought or transferred. Free months have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are applied to your own subscription only. There is no limit — every further three qualifying referrals earns another month, applied one at a time as each is used.

A free month waits rather than disappearing. If your subscription is not active when you earn one, we hold it and apply it when you subscribe again. If another discount is already on your subscription — a promotion code, for example — we will not replace it, so your free month waits until that discount ends. If the other discount never ends, email support and we will settle it with you.

We may withdraw a code or withhold a reward if a code is used to abuse the programme. If a free month you expected has not arrived, email support@osrshub.net and we will tell you why.

Acceptable use

Do not use OSRSHub to host illegal content, abusive content, malware, phishing, spam, or material that disrupts the service for other customers.
