Terms of service.
These terms explain the basic rules for using OSRSHub hosted OSRS Bingo servers. OSRSHub is independent and not affiliated with Jagex.
Service
OSRSHub provides hosted Old School RuneScape Bingo servers for clans and Discord communities. Each subscription includes server hosting, a clan link, admin access, templates, updates, and support.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period, and after cancellation data is retained for 30 days. Reactivation during that period is subject to restoration and is not guaranteed after physical deletion.
Support paths
If payment fails, use the billing portal or contact support@osrshub.net for payment recovery. If you lose credentials while your data is still retained, contact the same address for credential recovery or restoration assistance.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the event content, clan rules, prize handling, Discord usage, and player submissions managed through your Bingo server.
Acceptable use
Do not use OSRSHub to host illegal content, abusive content, malware, phishing, spam, or material that disrupts the service for other customers.
