OSRSHub is a monthly subscription for hosted OSRS Bingo servers. This policy explains cancellations and refund requests.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your server remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Setup issues
If your server cannot be created or a setup issue prevents you from using OSRSHub, contact support so we can fix it or review a refund.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Email support@osrshub.net with your order email and a short explanation.
