Refund policy.
OSRSHub is a monthly subscription for hosted OSRS Bingo servers. This policy explains cancellations and refund requests.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, and after cancellation data is retained for 30 days.
Payment recovery
If a payment fails, use the billing portal to update your card and retry the charge. If you need help, email support@osrshub.net.
Credential recovery
If you lose access credentials during the retention window, contact support@osrshub.net for restoration assistance.
Setup issues
If your server cannot be created or a setup issue prevents you from using OSRSHub, contact support so we can fix it or review a refund.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Email support@osrshub.net with your order email and a short explanation.
