Best OSRS Bingo Websites in 2026 (Free and Paid, Honestly Compared)

The best OSRS bingo websites in 2026, compared honestly. Free and paid clan event tools, what each one actually verifies, and who each one suits.

OSRS BingoComparisonClan EventsBingo Tools

Disclosure first, because it matters for how you read this: OSRSHub is one of the tools on this list, and it is the paid one. We have tried to write the comparison we wish had existed when we started, which means saying plainly where a free tool is the better choice — and for a lot of clans it is.

Everything below was checked against the live sites on 9 August 2026. Feature sets in this space change fast and several of these are actively developed, so treat specifics as a snapshot rather than gospel, and check anything that would decide your choice.

The Short Answer

  • Just need a board image? Use a free generator. Do not pay for this. Our own free board generator needs no account at all.
  • Want lots of event formats to play with? The Birdhouse.
  • Want automatic verification from RuneLite? Clan Events or OSRS Tracker.
  • Running snakes and ladders specifically? OSRS Events.
  • Already tracking drops clan-wide? DropTracker's events system.
  • Want a dedicated server with your own clan address and no shared platform? That is what we sell.

What Actually Differentiates These Tools

Before the list, the three axes that matter. Almost every "which is best" argument in clan Discords is really a disagreement about one of these.

1. Does it verify anything, or does it just draw a board? A generator produces a picture. A platform tracks completions. These are completely different products that get lumped together, and paying for the first is a mistake.

2. How does it verify? Three mechanisms, and they are not interchangeable: hiscores polling (Wise Old Man) can count XP, kill counts and clue tiers but can never see an individual item drop; a RuneLite plugin can see drops but only for players who install it; screenshots plus admin approval work for everything and everyone but cost admin time. Our automatic tracking guide goes deep on this.

3. Is it a shared platform or your own space? Most of these are one big website where your event is a page. That is fine, and free. A dedicated server means your own clan address and your own admin panel, which matters to some clans and not at all to others.

The Birdhouse

The widest format range of anything we looked at, and by a distance. Six game types — bingo, tile race, territory war, boss tycoon, chip drop and battleship bingo — with bingo boards from 3x3 up to 15x15, plus Google Sheets import for task lists.

Verification is screenshot upload with admin approval in real time. It states plainly that it is 100% free with no ads and no premium tier.

Pick it if you want to run something other than bingo and want to try several formats without committing. Look elsewhere if you specifically want drops verified automatically rather than by an admin.

Clan Events

The most automation-forward of the free tools. Its pitch is "RuneLite verifies progress, the website updates live, and Discord posts event activity back to your clan", with bingo, tile race, connect four, hextiles, battleships, and clan-vs-clan modes. Discord login, free during beta.

Pick it if automatic RuneLite verification is your priority and you are comfortable running on a platform still in beta. Look elsewhere if you need stability guarantees for a high-stakes event, which is a fair thing to want from anything labelled beta.

OSRS Tracker

Focused specifically on clan bingo, with a 5x5 template library covering boss kills, loot drops, raids and clues. Members join and the RuneLite plugin tracks progress; completions are verified through screenshots or video clips. Free tier includes full bingo access.

Pick it if you want a bingo-first tool with plugin tracking and do not need other formats.

OSRS Events

Does one thing: snakes and ladders, at 5x5, 7x7 and 9x9, with a d6 roll per day. Its standout feature is OSRS task integration — admins search the wiki directly to auto-fill task icons and titles, which removes the most tedious part of building a board.

Pick it if snakes and ladders is the event you want to run. Our snakes and ladders guide covers how to tune one of these properly. Look elsewhere if you want a bingo grid — that is not what this is.

DropTracker

Not primarily a bingo site — it is a clan-wide loot and achievement tracker with an events system layered on. Bingo boards get a visual designer, a live public board, and automatic line and blackout bonuses, with typed tasks for item collection, kill counts and XP goals.

The plugin tracks drops, deaths, diaries and PvM automatically; manual submission works without it. Free with the plugin, with an optional Supporter subscription from $5/month for extras like video capture.

Pick it if your clan already runs DropTracker — the events system is right there and your drops are already flowing. Look elsewhere if you only want a one-off bingo and do not want clan-wide loot tracking.

AIO Bingo

A straightforward board builder with a community board browser, free with a donation link. We could not confirm any automatic tracking claims from the site itself, so treat it as a board tool unless their docs say otherwise.

Pick it if you want to browse and copy boards other clans have built.

OSRSHub (ours)

You get your own bingo server on your own clan address rather than a page on a shared platform: an admin dashboard, board templates, teams, structured screenshot submissions with an approval queue, Wise Old Man sync for countable tiles, and filtered Discord updates on approval. $12.10 a month, live in under a minute, cancel anytime.

Added 10 August 2026, after the check date above: there is now a clan vs clan mode at $13.60 a month — one shared bingo at a combined address, a team for each clan, and a claim link that gives the opposing clan's leader their own admin account with equal rights over the board, so neither side is a guest approving the other's screenshots. How clan vs clan bingo works covers the format itself, which is worth reading whichever tool you use.

Pick it if you run events regularly, want your own address and admin panel, and would rather pay than manage the setup. Do not pick it if you are running one casual bingo for fifteen people — a free tool genuinely covers that, and we would rather tell you than take $12.10 for something you will use once. The same goes for versus: a one-off match between two clans who already trust each other runs fine on a free tool, and Clan Events lists a clan-vs-clan mode at no cost. Ours is worth $13.60 when you want the shared-admin split and your own address, not because the format needs paying for. If you just want the board itself, our generator is free and needs no account.

What We Could Not Verify

Three sites that come up constantly returned no readable content to an automated check, almost certainly because they render entirely in JavaScript. That is not a criticism of the tools — it just means we will not describe features we could not confirm:

  • OSRS Bingo Hub — widely used, and its own materials describe bingo boards, group dashboards, drafts and clan tournaments
  • BingOSRS — describes itself as OSRS bingo management with event hosting, team drafting and a RuneLite plugin
  • RuneTiles — board creation and management with a randomiser and templates

Worth checking yourself if any of them sound like a fit.

One more note: slepeosrs.com, which still appears in search results as a free board generator, did not resolve at all when we checked. Search results in this niche outlive the sites they point at, so click before you plan an event around one.

How to Choose Without Overthinking It

Answer three questions honestly:

How many approvals will this event generate? Multiply tiles by teams. Under 50, any tool works and a spreadsheet is fine. Over 150 — a 25-tile board with 8 teams is 200 — you need real submission and approval tooling or you will burn out a volunteer.

What fraction of your tiles are item drops? If it is most of them, hiscores-based tracking will not help you and you need either plugin verification or a proper screenshot queue.

Will you run another one? Clans that run one event a year should use a free tool. Clans that run events monthly find that setup and admin time is the real cost, and that is what a paid product is actually selling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best free OSRS bingo website?

It depends what you need. The Birdhouse offers the widest range of formats and is explicitly free with no premium tier. Clan Events leans hardest into automatic RuneLite verification. For a board image alone, any free generator will do — including ours, which needs no account.

Do I need to pay for an OSRS bingo tool?

No. Several genuinely good free options exist and cover a casual clan event completely. Paying makes sense when you run events often enough that setup and admin time becomes the real cost, or when you want your own clan address and admin panel rather than a page on a shared platform.

Can any OSRS bingo site track drops automatically?

Only through a RuneLite plugin, and only for players who install it. No tool can read individual item drops from the hiscores, because the hiscores do not record them — that is a limit of the game's public data, not of any particular website.

Which tool is best for a tile race or snakes and ladders?

The Birdhouse and Clan Events both offer tile race modes; OSRS Events specialises in snakes and ladders with wiki-integrated task filling. See our tile race guide for how the formats differ.

How current is this comparison?

It was checked against the live sites on 9 August 2026. Tools in this space ship changes frequently, so verify anything that would decide your choice.

Next Steps

Whichever you pick, the tool is the smaller half of a good event. The board, the rules and the verification standard do more for your clan's experience than the platform does — start with the board setup guide and the rules and drop verification guide.
